Brightest original ARC-LS 1 Watt of all times !!

I' ve just received a new ARC-LS-Red/Orange (thanks to Carpe Diem /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif) and i've done a quick test, here are the impressive results ( from 1 m. circa with not new SF batt.)

ARC-LSHP with LP-Fraen 380 lux
ARC-LSH-RO 1079 lux /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif!!!!

and i've found the following info from an old post and from a newer post of Peter Gransee :

"LSL-P: 21-23 Lumens
LSH: 14-17 Lumens
LSH-P: 22-25 Lumens
LS1 Orangish-red HD - 55 lumens /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
LS1 Amber HD - 36 lumens
LS1 Cyan HD/LD - 30 lumens
LS1 Green HD/LD- 25 lumens
LS1 Amber LD - 20 lumens
LS1 Blue HD/LD- 5 lumens
LS1 White LD - 18 lumens"

So i ask to someone that is more expert than i am , is this (LS-RO) the brightest non-modded ARC-LS ?

Have you tried the red orange with the single AA pack yet. I think you will be impressed. The red orange is brighter with one AA then the current white one is with two AA's or a 123 pack.

This is the first thing i have done /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
You are right, with just one AA batt. the LS-RO is brightest than my LS-HP !!
Very impressive /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
