Does any one know a machinist/store willing to sell a clip that fits the LSL-P?
I keep it attached to a keychain, but want to be able to disengage from the keys and clip to the visor of a baseball cap, for night time BBQ'ing, /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif etc. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
In Queens, NY you look like a dork w/ a headlamp.
It would make perfect, more perfect.

Also, I am looking for a neck lanyard that can be "closed" to 18 inches and widened to 24 inches.

For the cheapest neck lanyard check cell phone stores.
they have a large selection of good and cheap lanyards.

Hmmm, I don't think I'd want a clip on my LS. To me, an LS seems a tad big for that task. I'd just use your AAA on your hat. (You do have an AAA, don't you?) /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

P.S. I can assure you it's not just Queens where you look like a dork with a headlamp on.

If any modders out there can help machine a clip, I will pay and be grateful.
re 3 previous posts:
i am just a newbie mattman, Started with the LS.
AA ordered today, on the way for me.
the wife has the AAA.

If i am doing some macho grilling i want to use the LS, you know.
I don't have anything against headlamps, that was funny, though.

onelight:
Don't have a 2-AA pak...yet.
would it fit the baseball cap purpose?

cmendoza: hear! hear! let's make some noise!

thanks for your input/suggestions.
i will be following closely.

mcstorm, I started out a few months ago with the AAA and even after I got my LSH-P, my AAA remains my favorite light. I like small, precision items and while they both fit the bill, the tiny size of the AAA and the seemingly endless runtime make it my favorite. I'll see how the AA fits in when I get it next week.

When I'm looking for maximum grilling macho, I grab my brother's Vector 1,000,000 CP spotlight (super cheap but surprisingly well built for $15, BTW) and proceed to cook with light! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/buttrock.gif
