Is The Pelican 7060 Due To Be Updated?

I have a Pelican 7060 and it is a great flashlight. However, as I look around at competing flashlights, for example, the Inova T4 or the Streamlight Stinger DS LED, I can't help but wonder if it isn't time for the Pelican 7060 to be updates a bit. For example, could a newer LED be selected that is more efficient and outperforms the current LED? Or, could a strobe feature or multi mode functionality be added? It would be interesting, too, when (or if) that ever happens to see if they continue to use the existing charger. I know Streamlight seems to use the same charger on the Stinger that has been around for a while now. Inova, on the other hand, went with a different charger on the newer T4 than the original T4 charger.
