I think it's going to come down to preference tbh.
I've just bought and received yesterday the bigger EagleTac D25LC2 and I love it. Very solid and quality feeling. The D25C puts out some good stats. I'm not totally sold on twisties over clickies, but it does work and work well.
I like the looks of the 4Sevens stuff, although I think the EagleTac outperforms their 123 Mini in output. I have no experience with the others, but as I've got a D Series EagleTac that is exactly where I put my money. I also gifted a D25A2 to my brother last week and that was equally superb.
