What would a very bright white light be considered? My Olight m20 or Streamlight Strion??

If it's pure white, neutral-cool.

Assuming that your Olight M20 has a Cree XP-G R5 emitter, it is probably cool white, which would be bright. Not sure about your Streamlight Strion. Is it a rechargeable flashlight with C4 LED? I don't know anything about that, but they are supposed to be pretty bright.
