It actually belongs to a friend, and was broken by another friend, but that is irrelevant... I have a Peak Volcan, HA, AAA, keyring body with a head marked "S" that my buddy was playing with and he screwed the head down too tight and now the bulb is stuck in the body, the outer sleeve with the lens and reflector come off but the bulb (puck, pill???) are still inside! I removed the keyring end cap and unscrewed the brass plug making contact to the battery , and tried to push it out from behind with a flat end punch (alkaline batt, not hit too hard) and it will not budge. Any ideas?

I think you need to wrap a rubberband around the exposed threaded part and twist it out. try a small pair of pliers, GENTLY, or go and buy a pair of small strap wrenches.

From the picture, it doesn't look broken - just the bezel/lens/reflector unscrewed when you really wanted the whole head to unscrew. Glad you got it out.
