Right Guard is the best propellent for the potato launcher.
Very high propane content. Much better than hairspray. No sticky residue.

Also I advise you to call it a potato launcher, not potato gun. When the cops come to fine out what that noise is that the neighbors are complaining about, launcher always sounds better then gun.
