I don't know if that site has fakes or not, but you could get that deal or better from any regular Fenix dealer, along with the free shipping and everything.
There isn't anything special or good about that Ebay deal.

What makes you think it is a fake,no real point on a budget light.I have looked at his site and looks ok to me but heck I am no expert.Easy way to ease your fears just email Fenix and tell them you are going to buy a light from AN Other and ask do they deal direct with Fenix.
Once you have the light in your mitts run the serial number through the Fenix website and it will give you its details.
No one here can answer your question in reality but Fenix could.

They are using Fenix's pictures in the advert, so it's hard to tell. Price looks ok and as mcnair says, what is the point of faking something this cheap? Not much profit in it.
I've bought Fenix E05 from ebay sellers in China and they have been genuine when I checked the serial numbers. HKEquipment have been ok for me, but don't know if they ship to Canada.
