T20CS - best throw, smaller than Fenix/EagleTac, complicated UI, not regulated with 18650 (Sunwayman says won't work on turbo mode)
TK21 - foodiest of the three, cheapest, simple UI, less bright than competitors, also problematic with 18650 (again - turbo mode, cuts off too early)
G25C2 - good compromise between throw and flood, simple UI, works good on borh 18650 and CR123, lowest low mode

I have the T20CS and the TK21 U2 SE and I really like the T20CS better. There is one that will shock you and that's the Romisen RC-T601 it is brighter and out throws both. Shining Beam carries it.

The T20CS can do the turbo mode with 18650, not a completely flat line, but better performance than 2xRCR123 or 2xCR123. All the other modes are pretty well regulated with 18650 also. You can check the link in my sig line to see the graphs.

How about some more details on what you want in your light...

For example, the T20CS has a very large head, so it's probably going to throw farther than the G25C2, but it won't fit in your pocket as well.

Out of four lights (TK21, G25C2, T20CS, TN11) Sunwayman is the smallest one...

Really? I only have the T20CS, and the head on it is pretty big, I didn't think the head on the TN11 or G25C2 looked that big. I guess the pictures I've seen are deceiving.

There's a vid in the youtube from a guy that says that t20cs out throws the g25c2 because it has a smooth reflector(and 60+ lumens). But i dont know that for real because as far as i know g25 has a deeper reflector which is another variable in equation tending to g25.

I'm curios to know the final answer :)
