I thought it was worth mentioning, i recieved an ex11.2 which after i used with rcr it blew a chip on the board. I emailed nitecore, recieved an email back straight away with returns number and shipping address - had a good polite conversation too over a few mails. I sent the light off, the told me when they recieved the light, then when it went to be fixed and again to confirm the return address and send me the tracking number.
All in all a 3 week turnaround - not bad with the shipping envolved.
I was very pleasently suprised by the whole experience and had set myself ready for a lot of hasle but that was just not the case.
Needless to say i will keep adding nitecores to my collection
