Jetbeam BC40 vs Dereelight DBS V3 XM-L (2x18650)

I'm planning to buy a new flashlight with good compromise between throw and spill, without bleeding myself dry.
I'll be using this light for SAR and general hiking.

I took theese two out of the heap:

-Jetbeam BC40
-Dereelight DBS V3 with extension tube(2x18650)

The JB is rated 830 lumens, while the DBS claims 700. I'll get both at the same price.
