I bought a 5,11 ATAC A2 light and within a week it started flashing slowly with increasing frequency when in the high mode.
I contacted 5.11 via their customer service area on their website and received a return email within 6 hours. Assuming the issue was with the end cap, they sent me a new one within 2 days. Unfortunately the new end cap was not the problem. Once I reported this, a new light was on the way and they gave me a shipping label to send the faulty light back.
All of this took only a week. Every time I emailed, it was returned with a valid answer to my question within an hour. The new light I received is perfect and very rugged.
I found it refreshing that 5.11 stood behind their product with such attentiveness. I wish more companies would treat their customers like 5.11 treated me.
