does the Sunwayman V10A (XM-L) do strobes and SOS like the M10A?

so I wanna buy a V10A for myself and put a 14500 in it, but out of curiosity, does it do strobe and such like the M10A does?

I don't care if it doesn't, but alternately can you ramp up and down the brightness like the V10A on the M10A?

The V10A has no strobe.
The M10A cannot "ramp up and down" the brightness, it has 3 defined intervals. (If I understand your question correctly)

And I thought the M10A had only stobe -no SOS. Experts will swiftly correct me if I'm wrong.
