I just received two quark 2aa XM-L NW and one of them seems to be stuck on one mode. I tried loosening and tightening the head and no luck. Is there like a fix for this is do I need to contact 4sevens and get a replacement?

Make sure it isn't the battery first. Next clean the contacts & see if that fixed it.

You could contact customer support of 4Sevens. They are the best in the biz! :)

Maybe it is programmed for the same mode in either loose or tight. Have you tried re-programming the light????? Of course, my suggestion applies only to those lights that are programmable. I always buy the 'tactical' versions.
