... That Lumens Factory makes an E to C head adapter, allowing the E series lights to use standard P60 style dropins.

I didn't know that.

PS: imho that adapter interferes with the global idea of the E-series:
a sleek light.
When using the adapter, then the body makes no sense anymore and one should use another one that can house an 18xxx Li-Ion cell.

If you want to use P60 style drop-ins in E-series lights with a more sleek bezel try the Malkoff Devices VME head.

But the VME head is fugly. I much prefer the beautiful Vital Gear E-series compatible P-60 head and I run my M30W in one of those exclusively. Problem is of course that even though there are vendors selling VG stuff, they only sell bodies, no heads.
