I have an Inova X1 (Luxeon PWT model) that I bought in October 2009. It suddenly became very dim (half brightness or so) and brand new alkalines/fully charged eneloops do not help! The light has mostly been a shelf queen too
I contacted Inova via the form on the international website, and they redirected my case to a local company in the UK who have asked me to send it to them with a form explaining the fault, hopefully they can fix it. I know the X1 is a dim light compared to modern lights but it is definitely NOT right!
Has this happened to anyone else? I remember reading about the PWT emitters not being reliable in some cases...
