Hello!

Up for sale is a mint and very special LionCub. ;)

This one was modded by *Laser* to SSC P4 with a nice
white beam and 150Lumens OFT. Next it has a build in
Chameleon Driver not the stock LionCub driver, now with
5 levels of brightness, ramping perfectly.

Next up it has an opened head to accept an A19
Titanium Bezel. Also build in is a Glowring under the lens
and a McR19 Reflector for a perfect beam. Led is perfect
centered and if you wish its easily to mod.

Very rare and hard to come buy a must for every collector. :)

NO trade please!

Price is 349$ NOW 249$ (plus shipping)

Great looking light mate, goodluck with the sale.
Hope you dont mind me asking about the lanyard. Is that a 40S&W or a .45 How did you manage to thread the paracord through that. Looks just awesome.

Remove the inner Strands and it fits perfectly, BTW its made of titanium from Tom Anderson.
This is not a real bullet.

Big drop again. :)

Very interesting twist on this legendary light, Toby! So it's an original head that has been opened and threaded for the bezel ring? Or is it an RPM head and bezel on the stock body and tail? If an original head (and not an RPM head), who did the machining mod - ArsMachina? Thanks for more details. Killer price, by the way. Quite tempting!

Hi Dad!

I acutally dont know exactly. The mod was done by Laser, SSC P4 with a new Heatsink Pill, Reflector and O-Ring, also
the Cham-Driver AFAIK. A cool setup and easily to mod to an XM-L. ;)

If this is still here this evening when I get home then I think I'm going to have to buy it.... The light is so beautiful. What battery size and type does it use? What is the chameleon driver? Where can I learn more about it and it's UI? The lanyard comes with it, yes?

No sorry without Lanyard... ;)

YOu can drive it with Rcr123 or Cr123. It has the board inside of the Mr.Bulk Chameleon.
Means 5levels of brightness, choosing by ramping. Very simple and useful UI. Starts with
the last level of brightness you have chossen, and goes to high when you press and hold the
switch after it is on.

Hope that helps a little bit.

I have to admit that the traditional Lioncub has one of the most classical and enduring designs that I've ever seen on CPF in all my years here as a member. It looks especially nice in brass or Titanium.

Quite amazingly, although I've owned a Lionheart in the past, I've never had a lioncub pass through my hands.

I think you mean this is an RPM Cub, the originals didn't have a bezel like that.

The head for sure, but dont know the rest is original AFAIK, already posted that, but some
posts were deleted. ;) Makes it even rarer. :)

Actually, that doesn't make it "rarer", RPM did a bunch of these if I'm not mistaken. Either way, still a great light for sure.

I am sure RPM did not make as much as of the brass LionCubs were made. ;)

But perhaps someone may help out.

Re: REDUCED AGAIN!!! ***** FS: very special Mr.Bulk brass LionCub *****

RPM made a lot of custom heads and tails for the Cubs, including the brass version. F250XLT is correct: the RPM parts are not rare, but the center of the light (and, in this case, the tail as well) are relatively rare brass LionCub originals. Only about 80 original LionCubs were built. And Rich (RPM) did not reproduce the center (control module) section, in respect to Charlie (Mr. Bulk, the originator).
