do all zebralights come on high first?? or do they remember the last setting you were on??

Zebralights always come on on high with a quick click or low with a slow quick. No memory for last mode but it does remember whether it's in high1 or high2. A double click to go back and forth between the modes. When you switch it off it memorizes the three modes (of a possible 6) there's a high1 high2 or strobe.
Med1 or med2 and low1 or low2
