Who owns who these days?

I have read in several threads lately about company X owns or is owned by company Y. Being new to this hobby I find this (and all info, LOL) extremely interesting. Has anyone put together a list of which companies are affiliated and plans or rumors about these acquired companies? For instance not long ago I read that ITP was sold to Olight I think. I am curious if this means a change in ITP's product line or if the company was purchased for it's production capacity and to remove some competition. I know there are a lot of people out there with way more knowledge than me. I am hopeful this will include some history and activity of the manufacturers themselves. Do any of you have the time to make or at least start a list like this?
