maglite xl 200

hello everyone i got the maglite xl 200 from a friend today and i was really [FONT=arial, sans-serif]frustarted that there is no lanyard ring.. anyone has idea of what i can do to attatch a lanyard to the flashlight?

There are other threads on this topic that have a number of ideas. Some use lanyards tied around the light which is easy and won't mar the light.

I suppose one of the cheap tech solutions would be to use a hose clamp but you'll scratch the finish.

Get creative.
