I've just put a VME head on my E1b and I'm running it with an M31w. It's fantastic, but I'm sort of missing that low mode. Is there a 2 stage replacement switch that will fit?

Thanks!

There was a 2 stage twisty E, tough to get ahold of.

I got one in storage, resistor value is marked by color. Mines yellow.
We need a historian lol

Is that a factory switch you're talking about? It seems like there might be something available from the sandwich shoppe but I can't figure out which item it is...

I think you are both thinking of the Aleph McE2S (2-level twisty with momentary), which has a color-coded (swappable) resistor.

It is an early McGizmo part, and at one time was available at the Shoppe. They are long since discontinued, but they occasionally show up on CPF/MP (usually relatively pricey, though)....
