cheap waterproof AA host

Does anybody have any suggestion of what cheapo flashlight I can buy to do my own modifications? I'm looking to make a pure flood (no hotspot) light with the following specs:

-IPX8
-forward clicky
-1AA
-anodized aluminum

I have access to basic machining. The plan is just to remove the reflector and position a XM-L as near to the lens as possible.

I looked all over DX for AAs with a forward clikcy and couldn't find any. I'd go out on a limb and say you won't find one with an IP standard that isnt a lot of money. I'd also like to point out heatsinking, run time, and driver efficiency.

Thanks for trying to help me find one. I forgot to mention that I'm fine with changing the driver.
