need help on making a battery holder

hey guys i posted a want add for a FM 4x18650 battery holder and had no luck

now im going to try and make my own the main word TRY.....lol and would like some help doing this

first i just got done ordering some hard plastic rod,

now what should i use for contact points ? Brass Or Copper ? i do have a lathe now so i can make my own

im going to be running 4x18650 batteries to power 4 EZ900 leds at 1.5 to 1.6A each if needed to know... and how the batteries will be set in place

if anyone has a drawing or ideas on how to get going on this please post

EDIT: i do not need the charging port like FM does on his battery holders
