Surefire E1L with KX1 vs. KX1B

Has anyone done any type of comparison of the E1L with the KX1 head vs. the latest batch with the KX1B head? Thanks in advance for any replies.

There is a comparison somewhere here over CPF, but I can´t find it, sorry. If I remind correctly, it was in a E2L-AA vs. E1L comparison or review...

I just searched kx1b and the second result is the e2lAA thread with a Kx1b thread first.

E1L has a square beam, e1B has a round beam :naughty:

Sorry I couldn't resist, the E series addict thread in General discussion has great info and is a great place to ask for a beamshot shoot out.

The E1B has two modes and a beautiful round and tight hotspot. I don't know which generation of E1B I have as I bought just the head in the marketplace
