Coleman Max 116 lumen-Red, Blue ,Cree LED

Has anyone picked up the updated version of the sportsman Coleman Max 116 lumen Cree White LED with Red, Blue light options at Wallyworld yet. Their is the 115 lumen one with older R2 Cree rated at 115 lumens too. My question is why is the newer XRE or XRC not sure which one is in it only rated 1 lumen higher????

I really like the light for the fact it uses 3 AAA alkalines since all my lights are 123A lithium Surefire's and Inova's and for the fact it has a Red and Blue Led option too.

The AAAs are really the limit here. It sounds like whatever the LED is, it's the same bin as before and the same electronics. Alkaline AAAs can really only give a couple hundred milli-amps at decent voltage for LED use.

Thanks for the reply. The LED is an XPE or XRE not sure but it's different from 115 lumen version.
