My trusty LumaPower Trust I has a problem.

As I used my LP Trust I today I saw it was time to pop in a fresh 14500 cell. When I replaced the cell the Trust One beautiful GITD green clicky switch did not operate the light. I twisted the head to make sure it was secured and while losening 1/4 turn the light came on. When I tightened it again it was off :candle: and the switch did not work either. I have performed some basic "cpf trouble shooting" like attaching a wire from the bottom of battery/14500 and touching the other end of the wire to the body. That did nothing.. The switch does not seem loose and the 'new' power levels are not consistent. it's been low and high. This seems different than other issues such as the 'mode lock/reset' etc.

For the time being I have placed the Trust I in the 'dead light jar-beer mug', I am reverting back the the Trust II on 18650.
Any ideas on what is causing the Trust I to ignore the end cap switch?:shakehead
