Is the Arc AA going to become a collectors item or will it continue to be made?

I read in one of Peter's threads that the AA was being distributed via dealers. I don't think that he or the dealers would bother if it were a one-of-a-kind item. I think it's a keeper. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif He's just teasing us. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

It was originally to be a single short run. Once the ball got rolling Peter made mention of upping parts orders. My guess is that he'll keep it in the line if there is consistent demand through the dealers. It's probably not enough for just CPF to support the light. There will always be a steady flow of new people through CPF, and some will pick up the AA, but our buying bubble is past.

The AA will have to beat the Ultra for success in the general market. I think Peter knew this, which is part of the reason he came out with the standup base. Hope the AA will make it!

Peter said he plans to make it a regualt item.
Although, colored led AA's are a long while off.
