I have a small Costco light that has developed an annoying flicker. My guess is the switch. Could it be something else?

Check out the "Comprehensive Grease and Lube Thread" on this forum. Many of these problems can be solved by a good cleaning and proper lubrication...it's a good first step in isolating glitches.
