Help with battery tube

I know some of the olight and eagletac flashlights come with battery tubes to prevent cr123a batteries from rattling. Does anyone know where I can buy a tube like those for my flashlight. Thank you.

Never mind. I thought cr123s would rattle inside my flashlight but that is not the case. There is no rattling at all. The springs keep the batteries in place pretty good.

I saw them on batteryjunction.com before, they are call battery magazine
