Led Lenser X7R 500 Lumen Regulated and rechargeable !

I've owned the X7R for several weeks now and it is a great flashlight. It appears much brighter than the advertised 500 Lumens.

How long does it last for on full power?

Can you use it while plugged into the USB port charger thing?

Is it that much different from the X14? (in beam etc)
