JetBeam RRT3 XML - New or upgraded model coming?

Hi guys,

I used to be the proud owner of a JetBeam RRT3 XML, but it was stolen about 2 months ago.

In June I ordered a new one, but the store has been waiting for stock since then. Word from the store is that new stock will be available sometime in August. Other stores replied with the same story.

Today I noticed that the UK JetBeam website is also out of stock with the following message: "Out of Stock - New fully updated stock arriving soon"

Does this mean a new updated model is going to be released soon? Looking at past RRT3 updates it is the correct time of year as well.

I want to make sure I get the latest model if it's going to be released, so any news, rumours or comments are welcome.

Shenzen designs and manufactures Jetbeams and Niteyes.
Sysmax owns Nitecore 100%, while Sysmax merely distributes Jetbeams, yet Sysmax owns the Jetbeam website.
However, Sysmax also owns the patents to their magnetic ring UI, hence the trouble.
In the past, Sysmax did pay for patents to Don McGizmo etc.

Sysmax probably wants Niteye to pay for magnetic ring patents etc.
Once Shenzen sells a design and manufacture to Sysmax, maybe Shenzen is not supposed to produce a copy spin-off in the form of a Niteye etc.

With the dispute, Jetbeams have discontinued production, distribution and retail, so out of stock for now.
It could be after August before Jetbeam reinstates production, distribution, and retail...

This sucks, because I really was hoping to get a replacement light soon.
