1. 40DD is made of SS. The custom Titanium BST is probably the wrong place for your search
2. 40DD = beadblasted Quantum, so why not go for a Quantum DD :shrug:

Emu124 is correct. 40DD is beadblast stainless.
38dd is Ti
44DD is Ti

Quantum DD is available from Craig at illumination supply. Great price, no trits installed.

I will let go of my 40DD for $115.00 shipped

8 months EDC on keys, still looks great, functions perfectly.

but definitely was every day carry on my keys
2 green trits

high CRI emitter

will come with
1 extra 10180 (2 total)
and 1 extra QTC
and 1 extra O ring
and is connected to a small round split ring,
which is then connected to a small wire rope encased in clear shrink tube

Since a new Quantum DD with charger is cheaper than what I would sell my 40DD for,
I would expect you to go for a Quantum DD


the only reason I can let go of the 40DD is because I now have four 44DD, 1 Quantum DD,
and have replaced my 40DD EDC with a 44DD for EDC
