I just received this light an hour ago and when I put the batteries in it I noticed something a little off about the light. When I press the momentary on, the light flashes at the highest setting for a split second, then goes to the medium setting I set it at. I made a video of it - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2i3XZjJcAI&feature=youtu.be. The bulb is an R4 CREE XP-G. Is this something that happens on all lights or is it a defect?
