It has been confirmed that Surefire have indeed been suing a number of Chinese manufacturers for supposedly "stealing" their designs.

Do you think that this is fair?

Plus the one that has been going on for months in the MP which actually has more info than the one here as well.

I guess the other question could be: Surefire feels other companies are using their designs without actually licensing them. Do you that activity is fair?
