Recently acquired one of these tanks. Does anyone know how the light engine comes out? It looks like an E-can but I can't unscrew it from the battery side. I tried getting it out through the reflector side also.
I was hoping for a single mode XM-L! The current beam sucks and the driver flickers on all modes. At least diffusion film took care of one problem!!
Any help is appreciated.
