Have you ever use you flashlight to break walnuts into pieces?

Ok guys yall know that walnuts are hard,Ive been thinking all day if my lights can break walnuts,it should be a nice model haha really high quality.:wave:Well I suppose there must be more qualities lights in your pockets.

No I have not done that.

Does hammering nails count?

My edc lights are too small to do much damage, unless thrown at something.

I'm not sure but I think I used a Maglite once or twice to crack pecans (puh-cawns is how we pronounce them here.)

One time a long time ago I needed a hammer to drive a 1.5" nail but couldn't find one so I used my 3 d-cell Maglight. The light's tail cap can definitely take the beating but the button cells inside cannot.

well,sweet but I bet most of the guys carry lights more often than carrying a hammer,thats terrible if you always carry a hammers,just because you want to break nuts with them haha

pecans kinda the same with nuts,where did you get you light? you light not getting damaged?

nope but i would used a maglite to bust them open

It's bad for the batteries, so take them out first.

I used the bezel of my Armytek Predator to stab into the top of a walnut to open it easily.
