Did I break my LED Maglitge

I have a led mini maglite. I was trying to remove the led and I accidentally removed the lens/cap from the circuit board. The light still functions but will the light output be affected?

Sounds like you de-domed the LED without killing it. You should get less output but more throw, but now the LED is unprotected, so be careful unless you don't mind killing it.
