Just purchased the Nitecore TM11. The tint in the hot spot is quite yellowish, especially in lower lumen settings. Is yours like that?

Also, how is the neutral white version distinguished from the cool white version? Is it stated on the body of the light itself? (On my purchase order I explicitly stated that I wanted the cool white version, so I don't think that the yellowish hot spot is due to my being sent a neutral white version instead.)

Yellow-ish is kind of a nice tint for a flashslight.
Better than blue, green, orange, or pink.

You can get truly cool like a Sunwayman V10R XM-L, which is truly white.
Jetbeam's RRT-0 XM-L is a little warmer than the V10R XM-L.
The TM11's cool has some yellow warmth.
However, a TM11 Neutral may look as warm as your car's halogen headlamps?

The TM11 Triple XM-L Cool, is cool, with a little bit of yellow warmth...
