fenix tk32, is it worth going for the u2 or not?

Well, unless you want another TK35, then you could get the U2 version for the added lumens, plus other improvements like an aluminum tail. (compared to the plastic one of the old version)

I have a Q5 in my LD20... I don't even think the difference between the Q5 and U2 is enough to warrant an update

I went to REI last weekend intending to buy the newer (u2) version of the TK35 for their listed price of $109.99. When I got to the store, I noticed that they had an older (T6) on clearance for $76.99(originally $109.99). I was lucky to find this deal. If you are in the market for a TK35, I reccomend you check out your local REI store to see if they have any of the older (T6) versions on sale. I'm very happy with the light and I would have been glad to pay $109 for it, had it not been on sale.

That's a sweet sweet deal! I got my original T6 for over a hundred bucks. :) I dont mind spending 70+ bucks for another one! :)
