Before receiving the F30C, I was signing its praises. Now, I don't know what to think. Here is the picture I sent Andy to attempt to explain my problem. Basically, with the head tight, loose, off its always in high/med/low mode, and I cannot get it into turbo/strobe mode. I guess you could say I am new to flashlights, but I've had a few dx.com romisen lights laying around for years. I am technical by trade, so I am really going to kick myself if this is user error. Help please?
