Up for sale is a Black FM3H turbo head mounted on a custom cut section of mag ,
including FM1909 lamp & FM bi-pin socket and brass adaptor to mag D tube directly for heat dissipation & reduced resistance.

Mag D switch modified to reduce resistance & handle high current

It is powered by 3x18650 in a custom hand-made Elephant body.
3x18650 battery carrier is modified to 3S from 3P & 20AWG wires was used to reduce resistance by shorting the contact points & contact springs so that it can handle high current.

The color and style of elephant body matches FM3H head perfectly.

It use a FM 3" custom OP reflector with cam & I cut the cam off so it'll work with the brass socket holder.

Very smooth beam & throw like mad, the 1909 bulb spec is 2000 lumens

This light is sweet! Only 3" turbo head can unleash the raw power of 1909 into throw,
I've tried it on regular mag head, it's too floody. in the 3" head, it's awesome, like mag 85 on steroids.

I also have a 1185 bulb, but in the 3" head, it's too skinny of a beam.
The 1185 bulb will out throw the 1909 bulb, but lacking the raw power. & the hotspot is too small.
It'll fit thou, as it runs on the same 12v 3 li-ion set-up as 1909.

not to hi-jack the thread - but im going to ask anyway :devil:

ma sha have you tried Osram 64657? (18000 lumen) it needs 7x li-ion... sounds like modifying some battery carriers for smaller cells would be in order rather than 7x 25500 imr

I haven't tried that. Sounds like TK monster type of light,
TK monster runs on 8x18650 I believe & I've seen post of TK monster explosion.

I think I am stopping at 3 -4 li-ion level

yeah lots of batteries in series is an increased risk... i have 16aas in my 458, but those are nimh... the most li-ions i use are 4 in the firefoxes 3

and holy crap @ tk explosion!
