Going out on a limb here. I think the C2 was made in Black HA3. Saw it listed on a couple of web sites. None were in stock. Think you can still buy it with the set (C2-HA-BK + Knife, matching serial numbers) at Surefire.

They do already, but only as part of Emmerson/Strider knife boxed sets. I am not aware of any plans to introduce them as part of the regular line-up, but who knows? They just released black E2e and E1e.
