Does anyone here know if HKequipment is on vacation or something? A few months ago I ordered a Sunwayman V10R from them and found it was defective. I emailed them, and Stanley quickly emailed me back and told me to send it in and he would replace it. That was quite some time ago, so I sent him an email a little over a week ago, but I haven't even gotten a response. They seem to have a good reputation around here, and they did send me the light in the first place, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they haven't just forgotten about me. But does anyone know more about them, or has anyone here ever had a warranty issue successfully resolved by them? Thanks in advance....
