KL4 + E1W too ugly, or not so bad?

So I recently bought a SF L4. Like it a whole lot. But, now I sort of want to get a E1E to go with it.

I was really planning on waiting a while, but the wine lights are on special at a bulldog enterprises.

So, would the KL4 + E1W body be too ugly to carry? What color is the wine light? Redish? Purple? I've seen a number of photos, and it I'm having a hard time visualizing the actual color.

Is it a girly purple? Or a manly red?

And how would it go with a green KL4? And maybe a Z57 in green as well.
