Somehow I ended up breaking the glass lens on my Solarforce P1 host. I'm not sure if it's because the plastic material flexed too much on some impact or if something hit the lens itself. I think it's the latter. When I tossed in my bag with my TK15 it was fine, pulled it out when I got to work and it was shattered. I tried knocking it against a few things and dropping it a few times. Nothing seemed to make the break worse or even move the glass around that I could tell. At any rate I'm looking for a good P60 sized UCL lens as a replacement. Something that can take a good beating.
Here's a shot of the lens. Feel free to share any experiences you guys have had with breaking lenses in the past. I haven't heard of too many so maybe I'm one of the unlucky few.
