Hey to everyone...
Please be kind.. it's my first time on this forum.

I need someone to tell me where I can build a parabolic mirror (reflector) for my first custom flashlight.
The LED that i use is a Bridgelux LED Array BXRA-50C9000
The mirror must be as shinny as posible to create a beam (not flood light).
My mirror should look like this acording to my specs:
320Dia_x_400Deph.jpg

or... where i can find a mirror that can go well with this big LED?

The Bridgelux LED is an array, meaning lots of little spots creating light, so it would give you a wider beam with only some light emitting from the focal point of the reflector. The Luminus Devices CST-90 could be a better choice (large single die LED) if you want a narrower spotlight beam.

As for a large reflector like this, there are places that make custom precision reflectors for a few hundred bucks each. If that's too pricey, then I'm not sure. A quick search for 12" parabolic mirrors gives many results, but all of them are shallow reflectors.
