Thanks for the response. I have looked but it was no help. I have looked all night to find tech support or some sort of help with no luck. I was excited to buy something from a canadian company but almost regret it as the support for issues almost doesnt exist. I even sent the company an email a week ago as i was asking a question before purchasing through them and had no response. GRRRR lol
