Streamlight Twin-Task 2 conversion

I've had a Streamlight Night Com (similar to twin-task 2) for several years. It has a 75 lumen Xenon bulb and option to run 2 LEDs at about 8 lumen or 1 LED at about 0.05 lumen (to preserve night adapted vision).


I'm happy with the LED side of things, but wondering if it would be possible to upgrade the xenon bulb to a bright white LED?

Also, would it be possible to adapt the light from 2x CR123 to 1 x18650?
