Hopefully not a typical order from Safe-Light?

I'm modifying this post, because the company has responded in a quick and timely manner. I will hold off judgement and see if replacement products arrive. As of right now, I am saying Safe-Light responded quickly and is taking care of the issue.

It's always a good idea to contact a company first and give them an opportunity to fix up any issues. I've purchased from Safe-Light several times in the past and always found them very helpful and responsive.

Praise and brickbats generally should go in the Cheers and Jeers subforum of CPF Marketplace (a separate forum to this one)

I looked for a forum to put it in, but I didn't see it. Having 2 completely separate forums doesn't make that easy.
