Is there any sort of online store that sells reflectors or lenses for LEDs? eBay is sort of hit and miss with those types of things, and there is more on there than anywhere else I can find.

Phoenix Electroforms. Optiforms. Mouser and Newark resell Ledil reflectors and some other brands as well. For "aspheric condenser lenses" I'd try Thorlabs, Edmund Optics, and Melles Griot. There is also Align Optics, Optolife, and Newport.
